Valerie retired in March 2024 after 33 years, in her last position as a Technical Expert. During her career, she received numerous awards and accolades, including Federal Employee of the Year, the Robert Hinrichs Humanitarian Award, and recognition by the Federal Government Women's Affairs Commission as NC Leader of the Year.

Lisa retired in April 2025 after 27 years, in her last position as a Public Affairs Specialist. During her career she also received numerous awards and accolades, including two Commissioner Citations in recognition of her extraordinary accomplishments and valuable support to public service.

Our role is to serve as an educational source and consultant, helping individuals understand their options and navigate Social Security procedures. We offer support to advisors' overall retirement planning process but focus on the individual.
